Payment Information
- Methods: Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) directly on our website. If you place your order manually, you may also choose to pay by bank transfer.
- Payment Requirement: Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Pricing: Minimum purchase is AUD $150 (exc GST). All prices listed on the website are exclusive of 10% GST.
- Australia-wide Shipping: Flat rate shipping cost is available. Please proceed to checkout or place your order manually by contacting us.
- Worldwide Shipping: For international orders, please place your order via email at hello@flourisho.au or send a direct message on Instagram at @flourisho.flowerhouse. Shipping costs will be calculated manually. (Please note that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING. You will get two seperate invoices: one for your order and another for the shipping fee).
Return/Refund Policy
At Flourisho, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below:
- Exchanges/Refunds: We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credits for incorrect selections or change of mind.
- Return Eligibility: Products may only be returned or claimed if they are severely damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
- Return Authorisation: Returns must be discussed and authorised by Flourisho within 7 days of receipt of goods. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes full acceptance of the goods.
- Condition for Returns: Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all labels and hang tags attached. Items must be unused and in a sealable condition.
- Freight Costs: Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with returning non-damaged, perfect quality, or correctly supplied goods. Return shipping should be arranged with the carrier of your choice. Return address will be provided after confirmation.
- Return Processing: Only store credit will be issued for returned products. Flourisho reserves the right to deny credit for items not in perfect order or returned without authorisation.
- Damage and Sale Items: Damage caused by improper handling or care is not returnable. No credits, returns, or exchanges are offered on sale items.
Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return: Email flourishoflowerhouse@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your invoice and, if applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Resolution: Our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss possible resolutions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use the carrier of your choice to return the item.
